About Me

Hi I'm Rachel.

I’ve been a Wellbeing Life Coach for over 8 years dedicated to helping people make positive changes in their lives and unlock their full potential. At the core of my work is a deep appreciation for embracing the present moment and I encourage clients to become more self-aware, mindful and in the present moment, embracing technology-free moments and practicing self-care to enhance and enrich life's experiences. 

I pride myself on my positive outlook and vitality for life, founding RTWellness in 2014 with the firm belief that through self-discovery and solution-focused coaching, transformative change can be achieved to elevate overall wellbeing.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients all over the world gaining a wealth of experience alongside formal training. I am full member of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) and Mastering in Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I hold a Diploma in Nutrition, BPS and International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) accredited Centre for Coaching Advanced Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Coaching Psychology, along with other CPD and Primary Certificates in Male Psychology and mental health and Sports Nutrition for health and performance. I lived in California for 10 years, travelled extensively, and had the pleasure to connect with a wide variety of people and cultures. I am a mother of two children and enjoy being a part of community and charitable causes. I have the upmost respect for all of my clients, with inclusivity, discretion and non-judgement at the forefront.

What will I offer you?

Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching is a person-centred therapeutic approach that uses talking therapy to explore the person as 'a whole'. I will offer a safe, confidential and supportive space as we embark on a journey to improve your physical and mental health. Tailored to each coachee and using a range of techniques and tools we can discover how to improve your health, for example, nutrition, sleep patterns, stress and anxiety reduction, self-empowerment and self-management, motivation, overcome behavioural or life challenges and find balance for your body and mind.
