About Me
Hello, I'm Rachel and I am passionate and dedicated to helping you thrive, by living with energy, purpose and intention and focusing on what truly matters.
As a Health and Wellness Coach and Coaching Psychologist on Pathway to Chartership, I have spent years helping individuals overcome behavioural and health challenges. At the core of my work is a deep appreciation for living in the present moment and giving my clients the time to actively listen without judgement to help them create healthier and more fulfilling lives. Throughout the years I feel honoured to have been welcomed into the personal lives of so many clients, guiding and assisting them on their wellbeing journeys and seeing their successful, lasting transformations. I founded RTWellness in 2014 with the firm belief that through self-discovery, mindfulness and solution-focused coaching, transformative change can be achieved to elevate overall wellbeing and personal or professional productivity. I'm a registered UKIHCA-RHC Health and Wellness Coach, nearing completion of MSc Psychology. I hold Primary Certificates in Coaching Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Stress Management and a diploma in Nutrition. I am a member of the BPS, International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) and International Stress Management Association (ISMA).
I have the upmost respect for all of my clients, with inclusivity, discretion and non-judgement at the forefront. I want you to succeed and leave our sessions with a new positive outlook and the tools you will need to sustain a healthy mind, body and lifestyle throughout your life.
I lived in California for 10 years, have travelled extensively, and had the pleasure to connect with a wide variety of people and cultures. I am a mother of two children and enjoy being a part of community and charitable causes.
Over the past two years I have become increasingly interested in the behavioural effects and complexities of smartphone and technology use and it's impact on human connection and our wellbeing. Last year I created SmartphoneBalance.com as a platform to begin offering a coaching psychology and solution-focused approach to support individuals with problematic smartphone use.
