About Rachel:
Rachel Tinker is a Health and Wellness Coach who has helped many overwhelmed and stressed individuals to regain control, restore balance and improve their wellbeing. Over the years Rachel has supported many clients on their personal journeys with weight loss, anxiety, career and life transitions, stress reduction and much more. She draws from years of comprehensive training and her love of health and behavioural science. Mastering in Psychology Rachel is passionate about learning why we do the things we do, and what alternative options could we take, to offer us better health and happiness.
