Our 5 sessions coaching sessions will include,

Week one

  • Explore your current state of physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle habits, stressors, and overall life satisfaction.

  • Discover through open conversation your goals, values, aspirations relating to your wellbeing.

Week two

  • Education or resources relating to your area of concern. 

  • The introduction of coaching techniques and laying the foundations for your goals. 

  • Continued exploration, including inhibiting thoughts, challenges or obstacles to overcome. 

Week three

  • Implementing your goal plans using coaching techniques to develop and cultivate positive behaviour change and goal setting strategies. 

Week four

  • Further introduction of coaching techniques such as, the concept of mindfulness and breathing techniques as a stress management tool.

  • Integrate positive psychology principles to enhance emotional wellbeing, such as positive affirmations, gratitude and mindset transformation. 

Week five

  • Establish a system for monitoring progress and adjusting goals as needed. ​​

  • Focus on improving self-awareness, self-management, and internal motivation.

  • Work on building resilience to cope with life challenges and setbacks.

  • Reflection and lapse prevention strategies.

Disclaimer - All my coaching sessions are completely confidential and we work at your pace. It is my aim to form a professional relationship where our sessions are seamless and enjoyable, with my aim to have you ending the session with a positive outlook, recharged and feeling energised. I will encourage you in all sessions to explore and discover new things about yourself and offer coaching support, techniques and knowledge from my broad range of training.

Our initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss all aspects of your current lifestyle. I will sensitively ask about topics such as; current routines, habits, sleep patterns, nutritional intake as well as covering any concerns that you have.

This initial consultation is a moment to get to know each other and form the starting chapter for our future sessions.

Personal coaching can be done online or in person at my Cranbrook Clinic - Nuve.

I am also able to visit you or at your location *if within my travel radius. Please get in touch to discuss.
