1:1 Coaching can help with mindset, burn out, anxiety, behaviour change, stress management, procrastination, career or life transitions and more, with sessions supporting and encouraging personal growth. 

Our 5 sessions coaching sessions will include,

  • We will explore your current state of physical health, mental wellbeing, lifestyle habits, stressors, and overall life satisfaction.

  • Discover through open conversation your goals, values, aspirations.

  • Introduction of coaching techniques and laying the foundations for your goals. 

  • Reflecting, implementing and developing your personal strategies to facilitate positive behaviour change.  

  • Establish a system for monitoring progress and adjusting goals as needed. ​​

  • Focus on improving self-awareness, self-management, and internal motivation.

​

  • Work on building resilience to cope with life challenges and setbacks.

​

  • Reflection and lapse prevention strategies.
