I will equip you with strategies to make positive lifestyle changes and learn how to maintain your wellbeing. Whether your objectives involve weight loss, weight management, hormone balance, addressing digestive issues, or preventive nutritional care, our coaching sessions will be tailored to address your specific needs and goals. By collaborating together, we will strive towards optimizing your health and achieving a state of holistic wellbeing.

Personal Life Coaching

for 5 (50 minute) one to one personal coaching sessions

at my clinic in Cranbrook, Outdoors locally or Online. 

Let's explore your current challenges, encompassing various aspects such as lifestyle habits, stressors, overall life satisfaction, career goals, inhibiting thoughts, motivation levels, energy levels, and any obstacles you're facing. Through our sessions, we'll engage in open conversation, providing you with the opportunity to explore new insights, perspectives, and strategies to address these challenges head-on. Together, we'll work towards overcoming barriers and fostering positive changes to enhance your overall wellbeing and quality of life.

for 5 (60 minute) one to one coaching sessions

Outdoors locally (Parking or travel costs are at your own expense). 

Immerse yourself in the unique experience of personal or nutritional coaching in an outdoor setting. Our sessions will maintain a structure similar to indoor coaching, but with the added benefit of incorporating light physical activity and the rejuvenating presence of nature. Held at a park or along a scenic nature trail, these outdoor sessions offer a refreshing change of environment, allowing you to connect with nature while focusing on your personal growth and wellness goals. Together, we'll explore new insights and strategies amidst the tranquility of the outdoors, fostering a sense of vitality and renewal as we work towards achieving your objectives.
